The code of the process gives the title work.
The judicial recovery was possible on the massacres of 1944, as noted, after the exhumation of 695 files to the Military Prosecutor General of Rome in the summer of 1994. The process began in February 2006 at the Military Tribunal of La Spezia ended with the decision at first instance of 13/01/2007: Ten of the seventeen officers and NCOs SS were condemned (the process of 'appeal will be held on May 7).
