MUSIC AND THE CITY: THE SOUNDTRACK OF THE 2010
I nursed the booklet, and the cover is a work of surrealist full of symbols, whose interpretation is left to the listener. The collective - laboratory Nichelodeon starts dancing with "Fame," a song that does not leave quietly, and ends with a disturbing nursery rhyme, but captivating enough to make us understand in what direction we will take the whole concept - album. Twelve tracks of avant - rock, where sound research is the host, turning them into ruts of life. The texts are written by Claudio Milano (vocals), who sings and sometimes recites the verses, interpreting the texts dramatically, thereby increasing the album, play after play. "Claustrophilia" is a short sound, which would be fine to describe a chaotic any Italian city. "Malamore and the moon ' is a sound market insights and to serve the text. The musical visions of the album are produced by acoustic and electric strings and woodwinds, percussion, toy instruments and ethnic field recordings and noise machines. "Love in War" is a battle of rhythm changes, as in most genuine progressive tradition. "The Garden of others" is a dream escape, outlined by the verse: "Today I have decided not to go to work, I decided to once again to dream. " A hard to hear even in the solitude of urban chaos, in which the voice of theatrical Claudio Milano tells us about twelve small permanent exhibition of surrealism sound.
